After the recent Insphere update, if you encounter any strange behaviour when logging into Insphere you may need to clear your browser cache.

To clear your browser cache
To clear your browser cache simply hold CTRL + hit F5 a few times.
This should allow you to log in and restore your organisation to its natural state.
If F5 isn’t enough then you might need to 'refresh your cache'
The website http://refreshyourcache.com/en/home/ gives you detailed instructions on how to perform a cache refresh for whatever browser you are using.

InSphere will run on IE 9 (or later), Chrome and Firefox.

I have tried these two steps but all my collected data seems to be missing.

Like the above poster, I've also tried the steps mentioned above, and my data is also still missing.

I also submitted a support ticket with my Trimble dealer. I was told that the server for TerraSync/Insphere was currently down, and that Trimble was working on a fix. I wasn't given any sort of timeline, though.
