Trimble Insphere Login Issue Messages in this topic - RSS

Hi,

Was wondering if anyone out there is having trouble logging into InSphere today. I am not able to login through my mobile device or my desktop. I am thinking my sercurity settings at my work is to blame. My work IT person would like to know what ports are used on Trimble's end for their site.

Was able to login, without anything done on my work network end. Maybe a temporary drop on Trimble's end?

We're monitoring some slow network processes on our end. All services should be accessible at this time.

This reply may be way off topic, but it is something to remember when using the app: Make sure nobody has logged in more than 3 devices with one account in 24 hours. I learned this the hard way when trying to configure GPS units. And yes, Smartphones and PCs count as devices.
