Hello,
Is there a way to export all of the photos from a project all at once independently of XML, CSV or KML? Or is the only way to save these locally to do them one by one?

Not that I'm aware of.
What is the customer workflow that requires them to disassociate the images from the feature? Why do they need to do this?

Actually this can be done (with an Export). When exporting e.g. to CSV, a Folder is created with a file called Images.html. By opening this file and selecting File/Save As, a Folder is created with all the Images. edited by Brendon on 9/5/2013

Morning,
I am using the above tool within the CSV file. However when you tie mutiple phots to a point the attached hyperlink is only for the first photo.
Has anyone else encountered this problem, or have any advice how to resolve?

Hi John When you export a form to CSV, multiple image fields separate each image URL with a pipe symbol (or '|').
The image URLs are usually quite long so it's easy to miss the piped partition between each image. Can you check your image field for this please? It might be easier to use the data import in excel and choose the pipe delimeter to quickly check for multiple images.

Hi guys,
Can file naming conventions be automated through TerraFlex either on pick up or on export? Eg: The structures we are picking up the details off have an unique 6 digit asset number, so it would be more convenient to have each photo named using this 6 digit plus a sequential numbering, say a -01, -02 etc. Thanks

Hi Amanda,
Currently TerraFlex does not allow for the automation of photo names. I'll be sure to pass this along to the TerraFlex team as a possible product enhancement.

we would like this as well. has anything been done? The random collection of numbers and letters that make up the file name is not useful.

I too would benefit from being able to customize the picture file name.

I see the suggestion for user defined method of naming photos has been a suggestion since 2014 in this thread. Please make it happen!
