Export button greyed out Messages in this topic - RSS

Our license with TerraFlex is no longer active, and I am finding that I am able to view our data but cannot export it. The 'Export' button in InSphere is greyed out. How can this data be accessed asap?

Same problem here. Reactivated the license, but still cannot export data. Is there someone at Trimble who can assist?

Figured it out. If you let the subscription lapse, you can't export/import. When you reinstate the subscription, you have to re-link the administrator the the license.
