Sever Error 503 with Mobile APP Messages in this topic - RSS

I have people working in the field. They are using a R1 and the mobile app. Unable to connect t o server error 503 is coming up. Who can I call????

Same problem at our organization. Contacted support and they said they'd "look into it and call me back." I'll update here as I know more.

I have sent a mail to the technical support team, and I am hoping that they respond ASAP, as our agents are already in the field and dont want to waste today.

Regarding support:
If there is a tech support phone number for Trimble, I don't know it. You could try their customer service line @ 1-800-874-6253.
I contacted my local distributor who in turn contacts Trimble on my behalf - per the suggested support steps found here.

Have not heard anything from Trimble yet, but I am once again able to log in to TerraFlex. Currently testing all of our devices.
