Tasks only available with Advanced licence? Messages in this topic - RSS

I'm finding when I assign a Task to a project linked to a Basic account when I log into that account on the device it does not show up. I have to log into my account that has the Advanced licence in order to view and complete the task. Is this correct? If so why is this the case?

Hi Parky

Only Terraflex Advanced subscriptions can utilise the TASK workflow.
The Technical Specifications here list the differences between the two subscription types
