Could you provide information related to the encryption and security protocols related to the security of the data that is stored in the cloud as it relates to Government utility regulations please?

Hi emcc12

Terraflex is hosted via Amazon Web Services. You can get some more detailed information on their cloud security protocols here: https://aws.amazon.com/security/

With regards to the data flowing to and from Terraflex mobile..
Terraflex data is encrypted using SSL for transport from the mobile app, to the cloud infrastructure, and is encrypted using SSL on its journey to the browser and during export. Trimble has access to the data and Amazon who are the cloud host also have access.

Tom, can you explain why the SSL for customers isn't set at HTTPS: In my browser, the url shows up as an insecure connection. Thank you!
