Elevation offset issue

Ran into an interesting thing the other day...

I collected several points for which I have known elevations. After converting from HAE to Ortho (MSL), I ended up with a 4.5' difference between my elevations and the known elevations. I've confirmed they are in the same Datum NAD83 and the Lat/Long is spot on. Interestingly enough, 4.5' is the height I have for my antenna on a range pole. Its almost like Terraflex performed the offset for the height twice?

Has anyone else experienced this or have any ideas what I could be doing wrong? Thanks!

Did you ever find the solution? You probably needed to check the extension box under customize.

I'm having the same problem. We just use the mobile app and tablets. We switched to new tablets (all with identical settings) and one works and the other doesnt.

I need to know what happens if the subscription has expired for non-admin users. Will the access be denied until the subscription is renewed? I also need to know if there is a way to add a username to allow someone to only view specific data and not have the ability to add or edit data, without having to pay for another user subscription.

Update. I have been able to locate my photos in TerraFlex as well as Insphere. I have about 8 point forms that contain about 12 photos. Because these were indoors, no geometry was collected. when I try to export from Insphere, there are no options for image file formats. What options to I have to export these photos?

We have a TDC 100 with TerraFlex. Other users can log in fine. When I use my username and password, we get an Error 503, server temporarily unavailable message. I recently changed from a gmail to a company email address. Is it possible that this change has caused an issue?

I used Terraflex on a TDC100 today for a site visit.

I used it to take indoor and outdoor photos.

The indoor photos did not georeference to any points.

I was able to export my points and associated photos using Insphere but the indoor photos that did not get GPS sync are not showing. I cannot see them in TerraFlex on the TDC100 nor in Insphere on my desktop.


During the site visit, "Use System Camera App" was not checked.


I have plugged the TDC 100 into my desktop via microUSB but cannot find any photos in the Internal Storage.


Please let me know if there are instructions for exporting these photos.

Work completed not showing graphically on map

The past two days something changed. I see work completed in TerraFlex under Forms however the completed hydrant dots etc are still on map. The filters are set correctly ie Not updated is checked, Updated is unchecked, Collected is unchecked, Draft is checked, both layers are checked. This seems to be a single ipad issue, other ipads report in functional as expected. This is typical for all projects on this ipad. We have closed and opened both TerraFlex and the ipad multiple times, and asked it to sync as well.
What can the problem be?

This funationality leverages the Google address base so does not work in Insphere.
The Connect platform we are moving users to soon has a fully functional address database you can use for this purpose.

Google Maps will not be reinstated on the Insphere platform as we replace this with the Trimble Connect platform: https://terraflex.trimble.com/terraflex-connect.htm

We already in the process of migrating existing users over to the Connect platform which has a number of enhancements and advantages over Insphere.
