Are vector background files (in Connect platform) supported now?
If so, what file formats work? And are they active (i.e. field user can select them to see some attributes or navigate to them)?

Forms Not Publishing on App Side

For the second time in three weeks published forms are not pushing through to the App side. I have a team in the field today that cannot fully complete their work because they don't have access to the correct form. If we cannot rely on this product to consistently work we will not be renewing our subscriptions.

First instance of forms not pushing through on App side was on July 17th. By July 22nd the fields all finally published, but several fields had information kicked out of them and had to be re-entered on the 22nd. Second instance of forms not pushing through on App side was August 2nd. This instance has not resolved. Only versions of forms published prior to Aug 1st are showing on the App side despite the fact they have been revised and re-published multiple times since then.

Terraflex vs Collector for Arc GIS

Collected a location point using Terraflex and Collector for Arc GIS today. Collector's base map was better and the location of my point on the map was accurate. When I switched over to Terraflex to collec the point the basemap was terrible and point on the map was 15 feet from where I actually was. I was using a trimble R1 with realtime corrections via SBAS and accuracy was about 1meter each time. Any thoughts? Do I have a setting wrong in Terraflex?

Still having the same issue as OP—InSphere perpetually reloads and I can't view any collected forms, let alone export.

Is there an update to this issue. It does not seem to be corrected. I am still unable to sync my mobile device and anything i try to create on the web interface does not seem to save.

I have synced 30 forms, but still have 20 to go. It keeps failing saying my internet is not good, but i am at home, on WiFi, and all my other devices are working just fine. Is there a limit to how many forms i can sync a day on Basic?

I'm not able to see the features I published using the ArcMap plugin. It shows that the template came through but no forms are displayed.

It is not back up. Still problems with download. Not all files downloading which makes useless data. Get on the Ball. I have projects pending and due now!

Downloads for a KML are missing the Misc folder with the raw data. Also missing description, readme, and License. This causes a failure on GIS viewer. Also taking long time to download.

Hi!

I am having a problem with my TerraFlex mobile app. Although I can see all the points I have taken in the field, in my desktop app, I can not see all of them in my mobile app. Just the ones I have taken most recently show up in my phone, but not the old ones.

I would appreciate your help, thank you!

Aerial imagery on windows mobile

Hi. I'm running Terraflex on a Trimble Geo7x and it seems that aerial imagery no longer appears when mapping. I can get the mapping fine when I use it on my phone.

I realise that I can cache street view maps. but is this a chronic issue that's not going to get put right? If it is it's a bit disappointing as I bought the device specifically to use with Terraflex, and having the aerial imagery really helps when surveying trees.
