TerraFlex Add-in Sign-in Failed

When I try to download forms from the desktop add-in I get this message. "TerraFlex sign-in failed. Please check username and password."
I have been having this problem for a week now, talk to my reseller who has contacted trimble. I have used the forgotten password, to generate a new password and still have this issue.

Oh, and this issue started when people had the 503 error issues last week,nothing had changed on my end.

This is only with the add-in in ArcMap, I can log into Insphere.

I have crews that have been working on pole inventory for the past week, they have collected a lot of data that is in the cloud that I cant download, is there anyway to resolve this issue without losing that data?

Have not heard anything from Trimble yet, but I am once again able to log in to TerraFlex. Currently testing all of our devices.

Regarding support:
If there is a tech support phone number for Trimble, I don't know it. You could try their customer service line @ 1-800-874-6253.
I contacted my local distributor who in turn contacts Trimble on my behalf - per the suggested support steps found here.

I have sent a mail to the technical support team, and I am hoping that they respond ASAP, as our agents are already in the field and dont want to waste today.

Experiencing some server issue with an error message when we try to login to Terraflex - ''Error 503 - The server is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later.''. Is there a work around or is the Terraflex Support Team working on it already?

I have people working in the field. They are using a R1 and the mobile app. Unable to connect t o server error 503 is coming up. Who can I call????

Hello,

Is it possible to export multiple projects through a single download? Essentially, I want to backup all TerraFlex data from the previous year and wanted to know if there was a way to simply download data from all projects to be stored on our company drives.

Hi ISUGISF

Any photo's captured in Terraflex are visible in the web portal. You just need to select the form on the map then you'll be able to view the photo through the pop up form in thumbnail or at full resolution
